A while back, two of my dogs got out in the middle of the night, found their way up to the main road and got hit by a big truck. One died instantly and the other, well, it took a few days. I took it rather hard since my animals are like my children and since I have more trust in my animals than I do people, to be honest. So, I have been dealing with that.

On a brighter note, I am resurfacing again...slowly hitting the keyboard, searching for inspiration or spilling my pain out in the form of type and Word. Checking blogs, trying to post updates and do all those things that don't stop even if you feel like you have.

So slowly but surely, here I am.
