This is the second book of the series Bound by Blood. To be honest, I had it written and completed before Book One, Bound by Blood: The Awakening was published. After the first book was published, though, I wasn't satisfied. I consider one of my talents, and this is not to speak in vain, the ability to be unpredictable. To me, the second book didn't serve up to that even though my critique friends told me it did. I still thought I could do better so after butchering up the book, removing, rewriting and so forth, I finally just ripped it and went a whole nother route.

I think the readers who loved the first book will like the second even more because I went a whole different direction. i wanted to really test my characters as far as what they were capable of and I wanted to use alot of the shock factor.

I also wanted to test the faith that each character has in the other. I wanted to show how easy it is for the Dark Matter to taint and corrupt us. Even when we are told it is happening, how easily it is to fall under it's spell. How even those who are immportal are not without banes. (weaknesses)

In Book two, the face of TERAH is changed drastically. In fact, Evil rules. They have resurrected the ancient language of the Goddess and use it in a way to mock her. They have built empires, cities and fashioned the realms in their own image.

I think people will be astounded by what our characters become or at least I hope they will.
